Refund policy

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original, unopened packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that due to the nature of our products (garden supplies/chemical goods), opened bags or containers of hydrogel cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

2. Return Process

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Our orders are fulfilled by Amazon, and returns require a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a unique shipping label to be accepted at the warehouse.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at plara@plara.us with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. We will generate a prepaid return shipping label and an authorization slip for you.

  3. Print the label and slip. Place the slip inside the box and attach the label to the outside.

  4. Drop the package off at the carrier specified on the label (e.g., UPS or USPS).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return (see Section 4).

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong quantity, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This amount may be deducted from your final refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or leaked during transit, please contact us immediately at plara@plara.us. Please attach a photo of the damaged product and packaging. In many cases, we can send a replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to send the damaged item back.
