SHIPPING POLICY

At Plara LLC, we strive to deliver your garden products as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Amazon's advanced logistics network (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) to ensure reliable and fast delivery across the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, it is sent directly to the fulfillment center for packing and shipping.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Note on Tracking: Since we use Amazon's fulfillment network, some packages may be delivered by Amazon Logistics (TBA tracking numbers) or partner carriers like UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You can track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that Priority and Expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical street address to ensure the fastest delivery options are available to you.

4. Damages

Plara LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at plara@plara.us with photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund (see our Return Policy).

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
